It was 4:00 AM, and I had just finished this new car booster liquid that I had designed. I was very tired, but I held on and tested it in my car. I got in the car, connected the booster, and when I closed my eyes, everything suddenly went dark. As soon as I opened my eyes, there were neon signs, tall skyscrapers, and a very dirty city. At first, I didn’t understand exactly what was happening, but gradually I realized that I was not where I was supposed to be.
I opened the door and went out. It was hard to breathe; everyone on the streets was wearing gas masks. I asked a stranger what year it was, but he ignored me. I asked again, but this time I asked a robot. He told me it was the year 4000. I learned more about this strange place and discovered that I wasn’t even on Earth. I was on a planet called Kepler-2002B, and this was the new “Earth.” But it didn’t look anything like it!
I told my problem and my whole story to the robot, and he told me that there were other people who had time traveled. I asked him how I could go back to the past, and he told me to go to the “Imperial Docking Station,” where there were time-traveling machines. I went there and saw my mother holding the trash to turn back time.
