Last week, my friends and I went camping in the forest, and it was a lot of fun, except for one incident. One night, while I was out collecting firewood, my flashlight suddenly ran out of battery, leaving me feeling scared. With the wood I had gathered, I quickly built a makeshift tent and covered it with leaves. In the middle of the night, a bear approached, so I offered it some of my food, and thankfully, it left peacefully. The next morning, I reunited with my friends and recounted my adventurous night. I’ve learned from the experience and plan to come better prepared for our next camping trip.
