Learning Platforms

Online learning platforms have recently been a topic of discussion in schools: have online learning platforms replaced years of traditional classroom education? Online learning platforms are web-based tools that facilitate access to educational materials and enable students to access them remotely.

One advantage of online learning is flexibility – learners can access the information they want when they want it, and learners can choose what they want to learn and when they want to learn it, using a variety of courses and topics.Another advantage is accessibility – online learning allows learners to learn wherever they are in the world. This accessibility is useful for children who are unable to participate due to the geographical characteristics of where they live, for children with disabilities, and for children who have taken a break from learning.

Online learning has its advantages as well as disadvantages.Traditional learning teaches the student a lot of life lessons and values in real life, which makes the student more sensitive and more aware of life.Traditional classrooms are also a place where self-discipline as well as classroom and teacher discipline are present. If the student lacks self-discipline, online learning is not useful.

In general, I think the use of only online learning platforms negatively affects education. If the student is educated in the form of traditional learning without disrupting the order, a much more useful result can be obtained, but using online platforms in the classroom within the traditional learning process prevents students from wasting time and makes their work easier. So, if online learning platforms and traditional classroom learning are used together, an efficient result can be obtained.
