The Competition

There was a child named Alan. He loved reading books and read a lot of them, which greatly enhanced his communication skills. He could understand people easily and talk fast. Alan’s friends often made up stories, and Alan decided to give it a try himself. After writing a story, he realized he enjoyed this new hobby immensely. He started creating more stories and practiced a lot, eventually becoming nearly professional in his new hobby. He was very happy.

As time passed, Alan noticed a competition where the winner would receive a brand new tablet, which had been his dream. He wanted that tablet desperately but was afraid to fail. Then he realized that if he didn’t enter the competition, he couldn’t prove himself, so he joined. He motivated himself by saying, “There is nothing that I can’t achieve.”

When he finished the story, he sent it to his teacher. A few weeks later, the results were announced, and Alan was declared the winner. He was overjoyed. Now Alan is one of the most popular writers in the world. If you want to excel at something, you should practice it and not give up early. If you give up early, you can’t be successful.
