I am an artist who works on classical music pieces. I am 22 years old. Actually, I don’t work alone; we are a group of 5. But the problem is that no matter how much effort we put in, we can’t reach high monthly listener counts.
The biggest factor in this, in my opinion, is that we make classical music, which is what we enjoy. But in the end, if we want to earn better, I think that we should switch our style of music to a more modern one. But the thing that actually gets me angry is that some people on social media only dance to music made by someone else and get millions of views. I am not talking about actual dancers who are really good, but some only do the trend which requires zero skill and effort. On the other hand, we put a lot of effort into what we do.
I already mentioned this topic, and my friends agree with me. I think we’ll try other methods to get better views, but I hope that no matter what we do, we get somewhere good because we put effort and time into this.
