I was wandering around the forest. The air was pitch-black and it was freezing cold. I walked for ten minutes until I saw a little shack. There was light filtering through the window. I was hoping there was someone that I could get help from. I slowly walked to the door of the shack. There was no bell so I knocked on the door. I waited for some time but no one opened the door. Then I heard a scream from behind the trees. I turned my back right away but there was no one. The door opened, somebody closed my mouth with his hands, and he pulled me in. I was screaming with all my strength but the hand that covered my mouth was muting my voice. I started crying because I thought I was going to be killed. When the man finally removed his hand from my mouth I turned and looked at the man. He was an aged man with a long white beard that looked like a bird’s nest. He had a wizard’s hat and a short sparkly wand. “He must think that he is a wizard,” I thought. “I am a wizard, young man!” the man said. But, how?! He was reading my mind! I took a step back. “How can you do that!” I said. The old man held my hand and started walking. “Let me go!” I yelled. He turned back and looked at me angrily, “Be quiet you little mouse!”. I stopped talking because of fear, and then he laughed, “Don’t be scared, we are going to a beautiful place!”. I was so scared that I started crying. He didn’t care about me and continued walking. Five minutes later, we arrived at a beautiful cave with vines and lots of flowers. It was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. There was a little waterfall and butterflies in the cave. It smelled like flowers, I felt like I was a butterfly with that flower-smelling breeze. The man let my hand, and I started wandering around. It was like a dream that I didn’t want to wake up but… I heard my mother’s voice from afar. “Wake up darling, you are going to be late!”. It was a dream! But why did the old man take me there? I wish I would continue seeing that dream.
