Our World’s Struggle With Pollution

As in all our other cities, the pollution problem in Ankara is quite high and continues to increase day by day. The main ones of these pollution problems are water pollution, air pollution and environmental pollution. The reason why these pollutions occur is due to the unconscious actions of human beings. For example, factories dumping their dirty waste into the water, dirty gases coming out of their pipes, people throwing their garbage everywhere except garbage, wasting our water, and lastly, increasing population growth. The increase in these pollution problems causes energy shortages, nutritional problems, disintegration of living diversity, loss of soil, and health problems for all living things, bringing them to a point where the continuity of living beings is threatened. These pollution problems, which have reached very serious levels, need to be prevented urgently by raising people and starting projects. In order to make people more sensitive to pollution problems, presentations or meetings can be prepared to show that pollution threatens living life and that it is a much more serious and important issue than it seems. Then, aid organizations dealing with pollution problems should be increased and universalized.Because pollution problems are so serious that even the smallest increase in aid can affect many things.Increasing and not destroying green areas, using recycling, installing energy-saving bulbs, reducing the use of nylon bags, reducing the use of paper towels, not using non-recyclable, non-biodegradable waste, installing clean fuel and filter systems, workplaces and factories to take all necessary precautions to avoid polluting the environment, stopping and not using unconscious and unnecessary pesticides, insecticides, harmful gases in coolants and sprays ,creating planned city areas instead of unplanned urbanization, and establishing an effective environmental control system are some of the measures we can take against pollution problems.
