Main Balance

All people have daily routines. For some people these routines make them feel comfortable about their lives. ‘This is called comfort zone ‘ peace there’s no risk. Comfort zones always make people feel safe and relaxed; for some people, this feeling causes the not leaving out of comfort zone.  And again for some people it’s a negative thing but for some it’s positive. Of course, there are some pros and cons for both. But there is really effective being out or in your comfort zone. Is there any chance it may increase or decrease the chance of success?

Of course, there are both pros and cons for two of the sides but first ı want to mention about pros of being in your comfort zone, for example, Staying in your comfort zone allows you to draw on experience you’ve gained from past performances, in areas you undoubtedly know well. And If an activity is in your comfort zone, chances are you can complete it quickly and easily without too much forethought or planning. The ease of routine tasks frees up more time and mental energy for addressing challenging work. For cons; If you stay in a comfort zone too long, it can make you complacent. You miss out on growth opportunities if you don’t perform activities that somewhat scare or challenge you. And also Perhaps it’s an overused phrase, “Nothing ventured, nothing gained.” If you don’t try something new, you won’t succeed at anything new.

In conclusion, I think it would be wrong if we say being out of comfort zone is only way to success   it is one of the ways to success but not only. We can be successful in our comfort zone too. As a matter of fact it is much easier because we are comfortable with what we do. We just can’t be successful in new thing because we aren’t considering to do them. If we want to live both relax and adventurist life we should balance them. Once Peter McWilliams, said that “To the degree we’re not living our dreams, our comfort zone has more control of us than we have over ourselves.” Both side should  not control our lives we should determine the effect on these on our lives.
