Human beings are composed of complex neuron system which enables them to think and respond fast to certain incidents, compared to other organisms in nature. This is what makes humans so different from each other and scary at the same time. Imagine what could come out of those various ideas in the world! However, being able to look from different perspectives to the world should not be frightening or something to control. There should be some features or definitions, particularly what makes us humans. Because we should be able to identify as individuals. We should have personal opinions about it.

Some say that all ideas we have, come from earlier thoughts and are not unique. This means, “new” views are just a reflection of the old ones. But who are we to judge what is original or not? In abstract concepts, there is no right or wrong, so why should we even consider talking about authenticity? Abstract means not having a physical or concrete existence, which leads us to the outcome of every perspective being not justiciable under a materialistic view. Reflection of old thought is an insult to that fresh opinion. It is an undeniable fact that many thoughts support further ones and even are just an upgraded version of previous opinions. Each of them has a core that makes them connected at some point. This connection may be strong or even very weak. The core concept comes through in each thought from the background. But when we are talking about an invention, do we say that it is not original and is just an old discovery? No! That would be horribly disrespectful towards the inventor herself/himself. That would be ignoring the fact that many have sacrificed their lives for this purpose. That would be vile to neglect all the sleepless nights they have spent upon that invention. Just like this, we cannot regardlessly ignore the individual behind an idea.

What is even “new” mean in this matter? Is it something completely “unique”? Or is it like a statement coming from a different core? If we consider the perspective of Mark Twain, what can we say about the different ideas being the same? If we say that opinions in present are reflections from the past, do they combine at some point altogether? But, wouldn’t that be foolish to think considering every thought is different from another, and discuss a separate topic that cannot be connected?
