Gende Discrimination In Bussiness

One of the current issues these days is gender discrimination in the world of business. There are many different points of view that some group of people defends. Most of them advocate that women won’t be working in jobs requiring strength, or jobs that require durability. For example, working in a gas station, building site, etc. There is another point of view that a group advocates, they defend that “the woman can work in these jobs. At the same time, they can do it better than men “. For me; this argument is also discrimination. Although, I can say that women
beautifies wherever they go.

Firstly, we can say that there are hundreds of different jobs these days, and with each passing day, they are continuing to expand. Proportionally to this situation, people start to investigate these jobs, and they want to get into these jobs. It gives a start for discrimination in the world of business. For me, there might be an election in jobs but not with the genders; from the point of view, the strength comparative to that person’s kilo and height. There won’t be an evaluation of gender. It leads to an absurd issue discussed by people.

Secondly, people think that “there might be an evaluation that covers gender. Because, for us, the woman will slog on working in hard jobs (working in a factory, industry, gas station)” Also they defend that ‘men won’t be working in jobs that require courtesy, and the jobs that require attention.” For me, it is a fully wrong opinion. Think that you are working in places where there aren’t any women. It will be a full hell. Everyone can say that when a woman is in a place they give colour to that place, it might be the same for everyone in the world. For me, a person is equal to an opinion, and a woman is equal to different colour and opinions.

To conclude, there are different points of views under the heading of gender discrimination. One group advocates that there won’t be discrimination between genders in the world of business and another group does not.
