It would be very interesting if just a random food could change our energy and emotions. But what if I say that our energy and emotions actually changes depending o the food that we eat?
Changes in the blood sugar levels or the components inside the food also changes our energy. This blood sugar level depends on what we eat in the day time.
And in some foods, they have some components which makes us to feel good. For example: Chocolate. Some people says that chocolate lightens up our mood. They say that to me as well. And I always wondered why would they think like that. Apparently, chocolate has some components inside itself which makes us happy. One of them is called tryptophan. This is an amino acid that helps the brain to make serotonin which makes us feel good.
