“Meaningful” is The Key Word For Life

Every human on earth has its own tiny but fascinating lives. But if we look from another perspective, these lives  are huge for us, tiny for the world. We put too much meaning into some things. But since we cannot look at our own lives through the eyes of the world, we are forced to make some choices in these important lives of ours. Life is like a game, you make choices and it leads you to somewhere. But you have to choose wisely because at the end of these choices you might lose something or the opposite, win something. In the movie Forest Gump they mention “Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get.”

This win can be interpreted differently for everyone. For me, winning is accepting the consequences after you make your choices by your rules. By your rules, I mean first you should interpret life according to yourself, and then you should know what makes you happy and what upsets you in life. After that you should not care much about the others, because you already know that you played this game by your rules and you think the things you did were not cross the border. What makes life meaningful is the meanings we attach to what we experience. If we do not put meanings into anything in our lives than we would not be able to live. The people around me is what I care about the most. Because I believe that everyone around us is there to make a contribution to our lives. The most imortant thing about life is to live it in the right way. Because you only have one chance, and once is enough if you do it right.

“Difficult and meaningful will always bring more satisfaction than easy and meaningless.” said Maxime Lagacé. In our lives we will face many difficulties in life and we will try to overcome these difficulties. “Challanges are what make life interesting, and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful”. After I’ve found out about this quote that’s when I realized that every moment that we don’t appreciate , condemns us to live another life.
