30 DAYS

Since I realized that I was way too much into technological devices, I ended up finding a solution. And I found one! I won’t touch any technological devices for a month.

Day 1:
We are starting a long journey, but let me tell you what happened when I woke up. I was almost about to touch my phone, but I remembered what I told myself to do: NO TECHNOLOGICAL DEVICES!!! I grabbed the cereal box and my book. I usually look at my phone while eating breakfast, but for the next 30 days, I will read a book while eating. After that, I went out for a walk, finished my paperwork, and tried to find some new hobbies.

Day 30:
Oh, let me tell you everything that happened. I forgot to write in my diary after the first day. So let me summarize this journey for you. During the first week, I felt like I couldn’t finish my goal. But after a few weeks, I discovered some new hobbies and totally forgot about technological devices.

And how do I feel now? I don’t need any technological devices to look at before I sleep or after I wake up. It made me feel so much better, and I realized that I could live without technology.
