As Ceo of Jp Morgan said if we transfer AI into work life and make the human employees work just for 3 and a half day. Well this argument has some strong and weak points.
First of all, more than %50 percent of the community will say this is great but they miss a point. Do you still think that you will get the same salary as you get when you work for 5 or 6 days. Also, let’s make a simple logic. Tomorrow every job in the world change their system to this. Isn’t it quite funny that if you can work AI for 3 and half day as well why don’t the companies make AI work the whole week and their money remains in their pocket, and also some stats like finish rate, activness rate will blow up.
Also if you are a normal employer you should just look who made the speech not an employee. The guy is the Ceo he is in charge of every human activities and if he just give the human activity to AI he would still sit on his chair and make even more money because there is no need for salary or buying coffee for office. You might ask me how did you come to coffee. Before I started writing this I look at the price of coffee that cost the big companies in one year. The big I talk about the likes of Microsoft, Google, Nasa, and Instagram. This company’s average on spending money on coffee is shocking. 350 thousand dollars every year. You can invest that money into your company.
The only strong point is employees have more holiday and this strong point is a positive thing for some that can’t understand they won’t let you work maybe a year if they can use AI for your job.
In conclusion, usage of AI is just good for the people who are at the top of the company.
