Working at home.

For the past years we are starting to hear the “working at home”concept more and more but what about is it really better than going to an office? Let’s start with the positive sides. One big plus of working from home is flexibility. you can set up your own work space, choose when you are going to work. This helps create a better life between work and personal life, especially for parents and those with a lot of things to do.Technology has also made remote work easier. There is tools like video calls, texting apps, and apps that allows you to work at a project together , no matter where the people at the project are. Virtual meetings have become more popular than face to face meetings, making it possible for people from different parts of the world to work together and they don’t need to travel anywhere.Working from home has some problems. One of them  is feeling alone and not being part of the team anymore. And other one of them is distractions. People can easily get distract. Sometimes it can be a family member, sometimes it can be your pet or it can be door bell. One of the disadvantages of working from home is not having the access to the high quality tech especially you are working as an engineer or same type of job. But I think tech will solve this disadvantages in just couple of years.
