I always wanted to be an architect. When i was a little kid i thought that designing and creating things was really entertaining, at first i wanted to be a fashion designer because of the liveliness i think. But as the time went by my thoughts changed and i realized that i really love decorating and i am good at it. So it’s became to my dream to be an architect. I study to be an architect and now I’m an employer in the  sector i dreamed of.  

If you ask me what are the points that i consider when I’m creating my team during the recruitment process, the first thing came up to my head will be positivity. I believed that motivation and serotonin is very important for making a good work and being a team. My team shouldn’t lose their hope easily an be optimistic. Secondly my group friends must be creative and open minded because we are doing something that needs imaginativeness. I don’t want to prejudging or judging people in my team, that way being open minded is very important. And of course patience. I think patience is one of the most important thing while doing a work. There is no place in my team  for people who given up so easily or being hasty all the time.  Being hurry can be great in some situations but I don’t believe its beneficial in general. And lastly they should know how to be a team. They should know how to share opinions clearly, they should know how to criticize; not being rude and being honest with the idea. They should know how to get organized. They should know what they would do if something goes not according to the plan or if something is not expected happens. They shouldn’t get stressed easily and know how to manage. They should know how to present; they should be a good and convincing presenter. 

I want a team which is a team I can count on, a team have big dreams. These are the points that are very important to me during the recruitment process.
